Senior Product Designer (AI Systems & Iniatives)

Led the design and implementation of an AI-driven content production system that replaced a fragmented, multi-role manual process with a structured, scalable pipeline. Owned the project end to end: diagnosed the root cause (no shared source of truth per client), designed a two-part solution (Client Bible knowledge base + four sequential Claude AI Agents), built and documented the full system, and piloted it with a live client.

Mid-project, rebuilt the entire technical architecture after stakeholders approved a budget shift from ChatGPT and Google Suite to Claude and Notion. The conceptual model stayed intact; the implementation changed completely. Delivered on schedule with full documentation and a Notion-based handbook for ongoing use.

• Reduced content production time by approximately 90%, from one week to 4 hours per piece, from request to client-ready draft.
• Designed four specialized AI agents (Strategy, Writer, Proofreader, SEO) with defined roles, prompt libraries, and interaction logic
• Built the Client Bible: a structured Notion knowledge base serving as a single source of truth per client, covering brand voice, services, credentials, SEO requirements, compliance rules, and more
• Designed two operating modes (Normal and Redesign) to support both retainer and project-based work
